Background:PBXIP1 is a regulator of pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factors (BPXs) function. It inhibits the binding of PBX1-HOX complex to DNA and blocks the transcriptional activity of E2A-PBX1. PBXIP1 also tethers estrogen receptor-alpha (ESR1) to microtubules and allows them to influence estrogen receptors-alpha signaling.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Human brain glioma); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (PBXIP1) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-19901R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
