Background:Rab proteins belong to the Ras small GTPase superfamily. The GTP-binding Rab3 subfamily has four known isoforms: 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D. These proteins are expressed in the highest concentration in the brain and endocrine tissues and are involved in regulated exocytosis of hormones and neurotransmitters. Specifically Rab3's are thought to play a role in presynaptic vesicle trafficking and priming.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat heart); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (Rab3A+Rab3B+Rab3C+Rab3D) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-6180R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary (sp-0023) for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
