Background:RNF113A is a novel gene whose function cannot directly be inferred from it's sequence analysis. Ring finger proteins have a role in signalling the destruction of a range of heterologous protein substrates. They are small zinc binding domains present within arrays of larger, functionally distinct proteins, often close to the amino or carboJNCl termini. RNF113A is a ubiquitously expressed protein that contains a RING type zinc finger and a C3H1 type zinc finger.

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (Mouse uterus); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (RNF113A) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-9248R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
