Background:AVPR2 is a receptor for arginine vasopressin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylate cyclase. AVPR2 is expressed in the kidney tubule, predominantly in the distal convoluted tubule and collecting ducts. The AVPR2 receptor is also expressed outside the kidney although its tissue localization is uncertain.

Protocol
The cells wereincubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions for 30 min at room temperature .Cells stained with Primary Antibody for 30 min at room temperature. The secondary antibody used for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
