Background:FNDC8 is a 324 amino acid protein containing one fibronectin type-III domain. Conserved in human, chimpanzee, dog, cow, mouse and rat, FNDC8 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 17q12. Human chromosome 17 comprises over 2.5% of the human genome and encodes over 1,200 genes. Two key tumor suppressor genes are associated with chromosome 17, namely, p53 and BRCA1.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (rat testis); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (FNDC8) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-8488R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by operating according to SP Kit(Rabbit) (sp-0023) instructionsand DAB staining.
