Background:Histamine is a ubiquitous messenger molecule released from mast cells, enterochromaffin-like cells, and neurons. Its various actions are mediated by histamine receptors H1, H2, H3 and H4. Histamine receptor H4 belongs to the family 1 of G protein-coupled receptors and has the highest homology to histamine receptor H3 among known G protein-coupled receptors.The Histamine H4 receptor has been reported in human blood peripheral leukocytes, bone marrow, colon, liver, lung, smalll intestine, spleen, testis, thymus, tonsil, and trachea.

VALIDATION IMAGES

Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded (human liver carcinoma); Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with (HRH4) Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-10165R) at 1:400 overnight at 4°C, followed by a conjugated secondary (sp-0023) for 20 minutes and DAB staining.
