| 产品介绍 | Histostain-SP (Streptavidin-Peroxidase) and Histostain-SAP (Streptavidin-Alkaline Phosphatase) immunohistochemical staining kits employ the LAB-SA (Labeled [strept]Avidin-Biotin) method. For Histostain-SP Kits, DAB or AEC chromogen/substrates generate a colored precipitate around the target antigen in human samples. DAB (brown) is approximately twice as sensitive as AEC (reddish). For Histostain-SAP Kits, AP-Red or BCIP/NBT chromogen/substrates generate a colored precipitate around the target antigen in human samples. BCIP/NBT (dark blue/purple) is about twice as sensitive as AP-Red (red/magenta).
