| 产品介绍 | The PerCP antibody labeling kit enables the direct conjugation of antibodies, proteins and peptides, or any other biomolecule with an available amine group, to PerCP with only 30 seconds hands-on time and with 100% recovery of materials. The technology is fully scalable from 10ug to 1g or more and stringently QC tested for consistent high quality and excellent batch-to-batch reproducibility. PerCP is a small 35kDa phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae. It has a strong absorption peak at 484nm and a large stokes shift (194nm) with its maximum emission peak at 678nm. It is commonly used for fluorescent immunolabeling, particularly in applications involving fluorescent-activated cell sorting.
